What we collect
- Contact form: when you send us a message we receive your name, email address and message. The form is delivered by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which emails your message to our editorial inbox.
- Trip kit planner and checklists: your selections and ticks stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
- Server logs: our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add display ads or affiliate links, those partners may set their own cookies when you view an ad or click a link; we will update this policy before that happens.
How we use it
We use contact details only to reply to you and to improve our guides. We do not add you to mailing lists.
Third parties
FormSubmit and our hosting provider process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete any message you have sent by using the contact form. This policy is general information and is guided by the Australian Privacy Principles.
